 A small Ford - 8 hp. Not sure if it is a Popular or an Anglia. This shape was produced through to about 1960.

 Ford Anglia sedan (E494A), 1948-53, by the size of the headlights and the registration. (Jean-Marc, the van had two minute rear windows.)
