Probably a 1958 CA Mk.II because the rear turn indicators are mounted higher than the rear lamps. The thumbnail must be a very early Mk.I with (I think) either non-standard roof mounted indicators or they were possibly only fitted for a short time (I don't remember ever seeing them fitted as standard).
