Correct, and Daihatsu contributes a lot to Toyota's small car programme (e.g. the Yaris and the Aygo with its PSA triplets) by design and even manufacturing. They in turn benefit from Toyota's R&D, platform and parts sharing etc. Anyone knows what the reason for the "Scion" name in the US is? |
