I wouldn't be too sure about 651 because the windscreen, the shape of the destination blind, the shape of the side windows, the door handle etc looks too new for 651. It might be this Rannarahva Muuseum's KAvZ 3270 from 1990 with the GAZ 51/51A front clip to make it look more retro (most details seem to match) : http://galerii.ytra.eu/displayimage.php?pid=8380 |
