For sure it cannot be a 1961 model, which has a long side moulding along the whole car. But that small black badge on the front was common from 1963 onwards. The hubcaps are also very strange. But there was a low priced model, named Alvorada, special made for taxi (and this one has the red plate of commercial vehicles) sold in 1963 and 64.
