DAF555 ◊ 2008-04-22 18:59	I guess that would be correct on cars from 1962 MY and on, but so far I havn´t seen designation 1200 in any original sales literature before the introduction of the VW 1500 Typ 3. But it´s very common in magazines and books of today to use the designation 1200 even on cars from the early fifties, but I believe it´s historically incorrect.
