Judged by the shape of the roof and the disturbing cloth design this is a Nimbus by C&W Conversions Ltd. of C&W-Convertington, Somewhere, UK. Further reading here or here, but clearly not here. In the second pig below it's even called "Nimbus De Luxe Mark II", but I don't know if that applies to the vehicle in question.
