Can't see any trim in the dark, but it looks like a 64 Oldsmobile, possibly Ninety-Eight (or 98) 4 door hardtop. What other Olds series had this body style?

In the thumbnail, the grille appears to have two horizontal bars. That suggests to me 1963 Oldsmobile; quite possibly a Ninety-Eight.

[Answering self] 4 door hardtops available in Dynamic 88, Super 88, and Ninety-Eight series, written in order of price from lowest to highest. The vent windows on the C-pillar behind the rear doors were unique to the Ninety-Eight series, but allow me to explain further. I'm now discovering that there was a model offered as a step-up from the base Ninety-Eight 4 door hardtop, just as there was Buick Electra and Electra 225. The Buick Electra 225 4 door six-window hardtop was called the Riviera from 1959 to 1962. Could the car here be a six-window "Ninety-Eight Luxury Sedan" rather than a four-window "Sports Sedan?" My monitor is too dimly backlit to make out the grille for a year.

On the main picture you can see the red of the rear light going all the way up. That makes it a 1963. In 1964 it doesn't.
The model number for the Ninety Eight Luxury Sedan is 63,3947.

Ray B, do you mean just [3947]?

Ninety Eight Luxury Sedan [3947] is correct. The LS had the fixed rear vent windows on the C-pillars. By comparison, the Sports Sedan did not have those.
