Compare the details in both pictures. Notice that rear wheel arch in particular. Or the handle above the side window nearly at the end, the door hinges, not to mention the shape of the windows or the indicators above it. The coachwork seems to be Seida. I spent a considerable amount of time researching this, but Barreiros or other Spanish buses did not have the same look. Especially given the fact that Seida prefered to do their coachwork on Pegaso chassis. It was a common bus after all.
