Only noticable difference is rear vertical lights on 1st series (horizontal in 2nd)-as here and '3d' glass headlights on 1st series (flat on 2nd)-can't really tell in our case. Boot has supposedly different shape and capacity but is almost impossible to see the difference with the naked eye! Italian wiki is pretty detailed https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lancia_Aurelia_berlina Also note: B-codes change with engine variant which is impossible to tell from the outside so not sure how previous cars were id'd/validated (e.g a 1a serie can be B10, 21 or 22...)
