DynaMike ◊ 2008-04-02 18:52	In the last issue of the Dutch ID/DS club magazine there is an item on this car. It is said to be a 1961 ID 19, still with Portuguese plates (they look like old Dutch plates) The car has got Dutch plates nowadays. Indeed one cannot see the vertical gearshift typical for the DS; By the full chrome hubcaps and the long shaped parking light on the B-pillar I guess it's a Belgian built IDéal 19. The colour Blue Nuage was only available in 1959, so this car will have been resprayed in a non-original colour. The wreck in the movie was a different car indeed. It had a hook on the roof and was lifted by a huge crane to simulate its flight due to a tornado.
