I have thought long and hard about this and the two most popular cars to feature clap hands doors and a twin styling line with the door handles beneath are the Ford V-8 from the mid 30s and the contemporary Vauxhall Light Six or Big Six. There are more, but mainly American, and therefore less likely to appear in a London scrap yard. Degree of confidence? 1% tending towards zero.
