I think it is a S11A -no vent in wing nor square hinges.

Just checking my Land Rover book and 47BT52
is listed as-
''109in Airfield Crash Rescue ambulance RHD transferred in Hong Kong April 1978''

(BT was a army series with no date reference for inter service transfers )
