Looks like a Neckar St Trop (or a Fiat OSI 1200?) Spider to me.

Wow, I think you're right, Fortengo! Very good find!

Well, looking closely at the thickness of the chrome trim surrounding the windscreen, this specific grille between the wipers and by what is possible to see of the other interior details, I would say it's a more common ( if this can be said about these cars ) Fiat 1200 or 1500 Cabriolet.

Of course, and as a french film, probabilities would speak for rpcm's suggestion, though some Neckar cars had been imported in France in the early 1960's...

As can be seen here, I suppose the Neckar St Trop's windscreen surround and trim look different:

http://www.osicar.de/popups/neckar_st_trop_spider_03.html as well as those of the OSI 1200 S:

Rpcm’s arguments are, as always, unshakable: looking at that windshield more closely, I cannot help but agree with him. (Oddly enough, the Farina-bodied Spyder didn’t even cross my mind.)

So we'll change it to Fiat 1200 Cabriolet?

The specific chrome grille between the wiper have both, the Pininfarina and the OSI Spider but the chrome trim around the windscreen is definitely Pininfarina. The OSI trim is much thinner. The OSI dash cover has also a different shape due to other instruments and the inner door panels - as fas as one can see - have not the OSI but the Pininfarina shape. So I would say it's for sure a 1200 or 1500 Pininfarina Spider.

Chromed air inlet under windshield indicates 1500 S.
