No, electra225, this is not - quietly without any processing comment - a Lincoln Continental Ambulance and after 30+ years I still have to come across one. They call these cars "Pontiac", mainly because of their manufacturer, and this is a Superior High Headroom ambulance, similar to the one below: 1968 Pontiac Superior ambulance. Haynes Motor Museum I'm not sure if this is a 1968 either, so it's up to you Pontiac aficionados out there to improve this entry now. |

Yes, I was surprised to see a Lincoln Continental ambulance as I haven't notuced one in the screen. It looked to me so and the fact that there are plenty of such Cadillacs med it possible. Are you sure this is a Pontiac ? The second idea of mine was a very late 60s Oldsmobile. |

I'm only 95% sure, but I tend to rule out a contemporary Oldsmobile, because that would mean a coachwork by Cotner/Bevington (who almost exclusively bodied Oldsmobile). What we see looks like Superior, who only offered high top ambulances on Cadillac and Pontiac chassis back then. |

This looks like a 1967 Oldsmobile 98 to me. |
