The black w/ yellow CA license plate was only used thru the 1969 model year.

This is a 1968 Eldorado.

This is a '67 model. The 1968 Eldorado had the round side-marker lamps on the rear fenders; this one has none.

Beside the '67 Eldo, the car on the left is a 1965 Cadillac (not enough car to determine the model, though).

I agree with MrCadillac.
The round outside rearview mirror, wreath and crest on the sail panel and lack of side marker light makes this a 1967.

'67 it is. Concur... round rear view mirror, wreath and crest on sail panel, no side marker lamp make it a '67. Back up lamps in bumper and not gas filler door and full vinyl top are both '67 and '68, the '69 and '70 had the halo top. '69 being the last year for the black California plate is correct.

So would that make it rear wheel drive or front wheel drive?
