I see nothing to suggest Limousine, looks like a Touring Sedan from here. As for the model, it doesn't appear to be a Senior Packard given the narrow-looking grille. And with what appears to be a single-bladed bumper, I'd make it a Six.

First of all - not a 1937, as it's got a divided windshield. With the divider continuing up above the windshield it's a 1938, as this feature was removed for 1939. I see nothing to suggest Limousine, looks like a Touring Sedan from here.
As for the model, it doesn't appear to be a Senior Packard given the narrow-looking grille. And with what appears to be a single-bladed bumper, I'd make it a Six.
