I rechecked it and yep, it's definitely from Episode 3 all right... Unless Crunchyroll? has a different episode count.

 Actually, not a Cruze, G70, W205 C-Class or a Kizashi, it's a 2017+ Maruti Suzuki Dzire, here's the source model (formerly listed correctly as a 2017, but ended up 2020 for stupid unknown reasons). In IMCDb in other hand, only three third generation Dzires were listed so far.

Oh neat, it basically looks like a smaller version of the Kizashi. Being North American, the Kizashi was basically the last Suzuki model we ever saw, and really the only of the 2010s.
