So I'd expect them to use Ford for convenience and probably call it a ¼-ton instead of those silly English 5cwts, but I have no idea what actually happened. I'd also expect it to be early (61+ launch) alongside when Anglias were attempted in US, rather than mid-late 60s when better and less quaint baby vans arrived from other directions.
