Despite the fact that the car has a Bentley Drivers Club badge on the front bumper, the registration number shown produces no response in club records. There are four possibilities, Series 1 or Series 2, and Standard Steel Saloon or Long Wheelbase. The proportion of LWB cars is, however, small. There were 23 of the S1 and 51 of the S2, and there was a preponderance of divisions, no division being visible.
