The MA70 designation is the engine type combined with the chassis code. It doesn't have much to do with the market, with the exception of the JDM version, which came with a 1G engine and can be designated as GA70. In this case it's an M engine (7M-GE, or 7M-GTE if it's turbocharged), which it most likely has since it appears to be a pre-1990 Supra based on the wheel. The twin-turbo model, which was introduced in 1989, had a 1JZ engine, in which case it would be designated JZA70.
