George Duffy (Export) Ltd of Dundalk bodied at least two Silver Clouds for the funeral industry (@johnfromstaffs: Is that even a Silver Cloud? If so: III?) and I think this is one of them. @AleX_DJ: Do you have any more frames with the smaller man's head or right arm in a different position? Does he grab a handle while opening or closing that door? I definitely don't know this particular car, so I would like to know a bit more about the tailgate first. |

AnimatronixX - See bottom right hand corner of lower half of tailgate: - “Silver Cloud III” logo. So, unless somebody is telling porky pies, it’s a Silver Cloud III. |

... and it has the SC3 smaller over-riders. Have got nowhere trying to pursue the plate - maybe genuine, but no longer attached to this final taxi. |

Excellent, @AleX_DJ That's all I needed, thank you! It is the coachwork by George Duffy (Export) Ltd. I mentioned yesterday. ![]() |

Finally got a plate result: GNI 555 Rolls Royce, 1964 Body: Hearse Engine CC: 6230 Fuel: Petrol Colour: Black No trace for whether it's still alive - last test expired July 2000, but unclear if this is simply that it's now an exempt classic. |
