 Part of me wonders if this is actually a Prius G's [ZVW30] based on the headlight shape

 Not a 2018 Prius α GR Sport [ZVW40], this is actually a 2011-2015 Prius S Touring Selection G's [ZVW30] by that front fascia and the sloping rear hatch. Class should be switched to Hatchback.

Addendum: GR Sport for the Prius α was actually debuted in December 2017 in Japan, not 2018, full trim name was S Touring Selection GR Sport. Before that, that trim was originally called S Touring Selection G's, and was actually first debuted in February 2015.
