Known as the 1978 "Toyota Corsa" in Japan. GSL 1500 trim by hubcaps. Tercel nameplate was still used in Japan but only Corsa had those hubcaps. https://www.en.japanclassic.ru/booklets/250-toyota-corsa-1978-l10-01.html |

The brochure on your link is from June 1979, when 1300 versions were added to the Corsa range. The original August 1978 brochure is here, and doesn't feature any white hubcaps: https://www.en.japanclassic.ru/booklets/toyota-corsa-1978-l10-02.html And by the time the Corsa range expanded to two engine options, the cars equipped with the 1500 were re-coded AL12. |
