Odd one - the only Coupe sold in UK new was Ghia from July 74, but with shield grille and different wheels (colour coded hubcaps at first, then alloys from Oct 75). This has normal grille, mid-range sculptured steel wheels and no tints, so my guess would be an import from ZA - example - but a normal one with 3000cc, not the ZA special Perana with 5 lite V8. May be their version of Ghia with different details - it would match previous UK GXL trim (though with Ghia phase cream vinyl roof option, instead of GXL black only).

Nothing found online for KKH 916N apart from this pic.
