DVLA lists it as Chrvon Laycock, first registered January 2nd, 1925 with an engine capacity of 1141 cc. I cannot match the name to a known make. The name Laycock de Normanville is well known as that of a manufacturer of overdrives. Possibly there are connections. |

It must be a Charron-Laycock. Between 500 and 700 cars is the estimated production of this marque that was established in Sheffield between 1920 and 1926. |

That is the one, thanks a lot! Here is an add from 1922 naming it Charron-Laycock 10-25 hp: I guess that name was still true in 1925.
