However, the japanese Wikipedia article about YCTB has a section explaining their numbering system. For the last 4 digits, the first [refers to] the chassis manufacturer." 3 is for Hino, so we might be looking at a 1994 Hino Blue Ribbon. Assuming this is a real YTCB bus.
