So quarterlights mean Devon only. But no quarterlights does not split the earlier twins. Another similar distinction is separate sidelights (May 49 onwards), again after Dorset dropped, so sidelights can only be Devon, but absence is not diagnostic. Not disagreeing with this one being a Dorset, just clarifying info.
