Okay, it's definitely a '34 Ford. Note the chrome blob where the hood ornament should be plus how it connects with the trim on the hood: https://www.cars-on-line.com/photo/72100/34ford72139-1.jpg The Dodge has a painted radiator shell and connects with the chassis at the bottom.
