I don't think this has the rear panel trim from the Oct 68 face lift, but not fully convinced this is a Spring Special either. So 68 seems a reasonable idea.

The first appearance of metallic silver on any Imp was the 1967 Super Imp Spring Special edition (apparently to use up a special order for Canada which had been cancelled, although it is unclear how such a diversion could switch from LHD to RHD) but it was then offered as a normal option.
