Actually, that is a 1988-1993 Dodge Dynasty, note the taillights. I can see how you were confused by the vinyl roof, but you must remember a vinyl roof can be put on any car aftermarket (I once saw a vinyl roof on a Corolla even .gif ":)") ) -- Last edit: 2008-01-30 18:19:31 |

No, actually, it is a New Yorker Salon. For, I believe, 2 model years in the early 90's, Chrysler offered an entry level New Yorker, called the Salon, that was basically a Dynasty with a Chrysler 'waterfall' grill and New Yorker wheel covers (vinyl top optional). It had the same exposed composite headlamps and horizontal band tail lamps as the Dynasty. A shot of the grill not being available, I judged it a New Yorker because of the Chrysler wheelcovers. Incorrect; this is a Dynasty. You forgot to mention that the Dynasty and the New Yorker Salon had different slightly different door paneling.
