 It looks like it has a Fiat wreath badge. The Tempra was built until 1999 in Turkey, so it could only be that year then.

 Yes, it's possible, but looking at Turkish sites I found several ones with that badge, even much older (and even the red one!) that I wasn't able to distinguish if there was any that had it from the origin :D
Also, not all Fiat models got the round badge at the same time (and anyway, first one to have it was the Punto in September), most of them got it during 2000.
Anyway, 1993+ SLX by rear spoiler.
