Strange head light profile from this view. It is indeed an early 70s 4 or 6: the vertically placed license plate and the bigger rear lights (the same as on AMI 6) exclude any doubt. The colour is Rouge Masséna (AC 423) and the chrome writing on the bootlid (just above the "F") indicate a 1970-1972 model. It was easy and not uncommon to replace the bumper by one of an AZAM; it looked nice and they were easy to find (and cheap) on any scrapyard. (I had it on my 1978 2CV 6 Spécial as well.) |
