993cc ◊ 2021-12-31 14:29	I'd say an import/visitor-only 1967 S1 as we're in the UK or an S2 1968-71 Europa (note "hunchback"). Couldn't find this livery anywhere so probably DIY. Now a quarterlight window supposedly means a 1968+ S2 Europa but late S1's had them too https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1968-lotus-europa/ though non-opening along with the removable main window (still unwilling to even add a quarterlight opening mechanism Mr. Chapman..) -- Last edit: 2022-01-01 18:15:31

Stripe is an add-on - there were some tuned conversions (eg Else, Hermes) but they didn't go for stripes like this, and if this were a proper conversion I'd expect some racy wheels as a priority. UK Europa sales started July 69 - as with S1, first year of S2 was export only.
