 Bumpers don't look painted to me. CL with white turn signals, orange repeaters, long roof rail, silver lining on the bumper - I think it's the 1993 Trend runout edition (= 'clearance sale' before the B4 started) in 'royalblau metallic', upgraded (?) with alloys. @Bux_48: How do you feel about it?

 Oh, I saw them painted, but looking better the enlarged image I think you're right and they're black with a silver strip (this one deceived me probably)..so I agree with Trend ;)
