Most of the crew members' names on the IMDB are not Greek, so studio filming very likely took place in the US. To me, this looks like a computer generated environment with actors filmed against blue screens. If this is meant to be the vehicle deck on a car ferry, it doesn't look like a real one.

In fact, the second thumbnail shows a GMC-badged Isuzu van, which pretty much proves that this scene was filmed in the US and not Greece.

EDIT: Actually the badge on the van has just been changed from ISUZU to SUZ.

It happens sometimes with straight-to-video US movies : they shoot scenes on location outside the USA, then shoot the rest in a studio in the USA, so they use US-spec cars. So I'd say it's an Audi 5000.
