The wood is deleted from the series 2 and the car has four doors and a horizontally split tailgate instead of two doors and two vertical doors at the back. The car ran until 1960 when it was replaced by the Series 5 Farina Traveller. There was no Series 4 Saloon, this number being only for the traveller. -- Last edit: 2023-01-07 19:26:49

This is an Oxford Series 4 "All Steel Traveller" not introduced until 1958. The wood is deleted from the series 2 and the car has four doors and a horizontally split tailgate instead of two doors and two vertical doors at the back. The car ran until 1960 when it was replaced by the Series 5 Farina Traveller. There was no Series 4 Saloon, this number being only for the traveller.
