Nice. Compared to the similar SAABs of the era they had more power than the SAABs. When SAAB squeezed up to 60 Hp out of their engine, DKW managed close to 100 (that would probably be the later 1000) Results were not bad, finishing third in the 1955 and 1957 Monte Carlo, winning the 1956 4th Coronation Safari Rally and the 1956 Finnish Thousand Lakes Rally |
