The Dodge model have a split grille like: Link to "oldcarbrochures.org" While the Plymouth version doesn't, like this: Link to "oldcarbrochures.org" It was that way from 1979-81, making this a 1979-80 Horizon TC3 or 1981 TC3.

It clearly is a Plymouth. Just one quick check at a reputable reference site could tell you this. The Dodge model have a split grille like:

While the Plymouth version doesn't, like this:

It was that way from 1979-81, making this a 1979-80 Horizon TC3 or 1981 TC3.
