Commander 57 ◊ 2021-01-30 20:04	1977's had plain headlamp covers. The '78 added the bright border and the bird emblems. The '79 kept the '78 features but had a new grille. The subject car looks to me like it does have the bright border and bird emblems and to me appears to pretty clearly have the updated '79 grille. Of course a better photo would be most helpful.
