I'd call it a 1000 E as the usual export name for a Mini City, but I've got a book picture of a 1985 German ad for a red one as Austin Mini HLE (text within the ad, not a caption) which only makes sense for the middle word of the three for 1985, so I think I need a glass of Scottish moon juice. I'll settle for Mini 1000 HLE as an acceptable compromise, while wondering what happened to the door handle. (it's Burns Night, so it might end up being 2 glasses of Scottish moon juice. But only after I've caught a haggis - they're slippery wee things ...)
