1983-84 Cadillac Fleetwood; probably a presidential limousine, parade car or security car, as it appears to have the alternately flashing red and blue lights behind the front grille; whoever did the conversion had to move the "Cadillac" script emblem to the lowest section of the grille (the usual position is the center section, LH side). |
