Leyland definitely, an Atlantean probably.

The fleet number appears to be 7031. A little Googling tells me that this was an Atlantean AN68 with a single door Park Royal body.

A preserved Atlantean from SELNEC (the transport authority in Manchester at that time) with a Northern Counties body appears in "Life on Mars":

SELNEC stands for SOUTH EAST LANCASHIRE NORTH EAST CHESHIRE,the company became Greater Manchester PTE in 1974. Park Royal bodied GM PTE Atlanteans were built at Park Royal, west London. The plant closed after a bad strike circa 1979/80.

Not in National Express West Midlands (successor to WMPTE) livery. I remember them, but I haven't seen one in years.
