R = Belvedere/Satellite H = high price class 23 = two-door hardtop G = 318 cubic inch V8 (optional on Satellite, standard on Sport Satellite) 0 = 1970 A = Lynch Road factory, Michigan 141370 = 141370 http://www.stockmopar.com/mopar-vin-decoding.html GTX came with the 440 V8 standard, so it is not that. Horizontally split taillights should be Sport Satellite, but the car is so modified I can't be confident they're original. According to this: http://www.blackhillsmopars.org/files/pdf/1966to1980VINDecoding.pdf In 1970 "H" for "High" price class is Satellite; Sport Satellite would get a "P" for "Premium" price class.
