German number plate, British tax disc?? Possibly prewar, in which case possibly Wraith, possibly postwar, in which case possibly Silver Wraith. Possibly somebody built the coachwork, possibly there is a view that shows a bit more of it to aid possible evaluation. While not wishing to join the army of guessers, if someone could move that tree away so that the air intake grille becomes visible, possibly a little certainty could be added to its being possibly postwar.
