 What makes it a 1969 and what makes it 'Made for: J'? Is there more pictures or is it a known car?

This is the best shot available (the only other shot of it was small andbehind a windshield)... technically, in fact, I didn't even submit this, but rather someone (presumably a mod) went ahead and reused my Soarer photo for this Volvo.

 Ok, mystery remains... First year for the 145 was 1968 and first year for the side marker lights was also 1968. I would list it as 1968-1970 Made for: USA/CDN.
