 Updated the pic for you. VK plate makes me think it's a Vauxhall loaner, it's a top of the range version so not an actual police demo, more like a car from the press fleet modded as a police car for TV usage.

Thanks Sandie seems to be the only 2008 police Vectra, they normal are 06 or 02 for the Morden ones.
