1916 Pierce Arrow 18 A series Four 66 hp.The shock absorbers in the front are indeed Westinghouse .These could be installed on special order as were the wire wheels. |

The commentary track on the DVD identifies this as a "Cunningham" rather than a Pierce-Arrow and speculates that it may have been Harold Lloyd's own automobile. I suggest that perhaps it was a Pierce-Arrow with a custom body built by the James Cunningham, Son, & Co. firm. Hence, the confusion. |
