Polonez in rare, budget/naked "Popular" or "Popular II" trim level. Popular II was to get in 3 colors, among them was white L-74, not sure about the colors of the earlier Popular (I).
In 1983 Populars were replaced by even poorer looking "Polonez C", which also wasn't very successful, but after all became more common.
