This is SAAB 99. SAAB 90 is only available in 2 door sedan only. Probably early 1980's. |

It is a 2-door, if it's a hatch or not I don't know. This also got the 900 vents on the sides. Edit: It seems that SAAB 90 didn't have vents at all, maybe this is a 900 then? -- Last edit: 2007-12-15 19:06:07 |

The vent design is from 99 series as you can see this at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:1975-SAAB_99L-3CCLHD-2%2C0-CM.jpg . But then again, it is basically 900 series vent design. I checked at the SAAB 900 at the Wikipedia as well. Then in that case we can still listed as unknown until somebody find a picture frame that show the front end. -- Last edit: 2007-12-15 19:16:36 |

There wasn't any other view on this car, this is all. I didn't know 99 had those vents...The rear side window on the wikipedia pic is not the same though... |

But they are basically the same shape to save money when they carried over to 900 series. Can DAF555 or antp refute this? |

It´s the last available 99 Combi Coupé, a 1979 GL in Alabasteryellow. I had to dig though my brochures to find it, I wasn´t sure that they were available with this body after the 900 came. But they were for one year, only as a 3-door hatch. The colour was new, and the wheels, but they still used the thin bumpers until the 1980 models. |
